We already know that most men are headstrong and primitive beings. Dieting is something that men think is only for women. However, 67% of men are overweight versus 59% of women. Obviously there’s a problem somewhere.

I’ve also learned that men prefer to be in control of their own lifestyle. When a man diets, he feels restricted. No man wants to feel that way about anything involving their own lives. One thing that people fail to realize is that YOUR DIET is what you make it. It can be as fun or as boring as you want.
